Welcome to the Mental Conditioning Gym!
The Mental Conditioning Gym is a division of the Mental Conditioning Movement® .
Finally a place where we can go to strengthen our minds and our mindset. We go to the physical gym to get our bodies in shape. Here at the Mental Conditioning Gym, we have programs, discussions, workshops, and we perform exercises to get our minds in shape and set us on our navigational paths towards our life's goals.
The main focus of the Gym is to strengthen the family foundation. That includes the personal family and work family. Family is everything and that concept has been weakened over the years. It all starts with the mind-set. Through coaching and various trainings based on the Four Principles of Mental Conditioning that family foundation will only get stronger and stronger.

WHAT IS MENTAL CONDITIONING?
Mental Conditioning gives us the ability to honestly and correctly assess who we are. That assessment holds many keys to our lives that include:
- Enhanced decision making skills
- Strategies that are effective specifically to us as individuals
- Eliminate meaningless thoughts into our thinking process
- Giving real purpose to commitment and execution in our lives
- Ability to stay on and get back on track when the appropriate times are in order
- Stay clear of outside influences that are not part of our assessments of who we are
