1-on-1 Mental Training
Just as in physical fitness personal training, you get personal individual time for conditioning of your mindset. Together we work on your mindset and we strategize to customize a plan in helping you attain your short term goal(s) using the principles of Mental Conditioning. A short term goal is something you want to accomplish in a year of less.
One on One Mental Coaching can be done in-person at the Mental Conditioning Gym or virtually through Zoom.
Please note that Mental Training does not replace clinical formal therapy.

Training Camp
In a Training Camp, you work one on one with Coach Elliot to focus on your specific short term goal. The length of your Training Camp is dependent on your goal and what you want to achieve. Each Training Camp is customized to your specific needs which is determined during your free consultation call.
