COLLEGE MENTAL TRAINING

Bring the Mental Conditioning Gym to your campus!
​For most, college is that first experience at being an adult. Some students board, some commute, some go away, and some stay local. College is a major part of growing up. With that also comes more responsibilities and making some major life decisions. 

The Mental Conditioning Gym focuses on strengthening the mind-set which results in creating stronger family foundations. Reaching young adults as they are making those major life decisions can lead to better future for society. Bringing the Mental Conditioning Gym to college campuses will further that betterment along. 

The Mental Conditioning Gym workshops/trainings help students learn life skills to apply in all areas of their personal and academic lives. They learn to
  • make better decisions
  • help decipher who they are
  • determine what their big picture is
  • work through emotions
  • learn how to stay on course when knocked off
  • think critically
  • form better personal relationships
