SPORTS MENTAL TRAINING
Just as in physical fitness personal training, you get personal individual time for conditioning of your mindset. Together we strategize to customize a plan in helping you attain your short term goal(s) using the principles of Mental Conditioning-- self evaluation, decision making, big picture and staying the course. Training is focused solely on mindset. Coach Elliot and his training with an athlete does not replace the technical training the athletic coach is conducting.
Sports Mental Training can be done one-on-one or as a group. One-on-One and Group training can be done in-person at the Mental Conditioning Gym or on site at a location of your choice. One on one coaching is also offered virtually through Zoom. Coach Elliot works with amateur and professional athletes.
